Hello, my name is Bethany Nauert and I am a Los Angeles based photographer.

In 2002 I recieved my BFA in Photography, from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
In 2006, I won the Creative Vision Award, for the Art of Photography Show in San Diego CA.
In 2009 I self published a book of food and travel photography, titled Chicken or Pasta? You can preview and purchase it HERE.
In 2010 I began writing/photographing for Apartment Therapy. This introduction to the Interior Design world has changed the entire focus of my work, forever.
In 2011 I started writing for an online magazine called Collaj Magazine, centered around LA culture and events. Twice a month I profile various people in the city and ask them 20 questions about LA living. I also began contributing to another online magazine and eCommerce site Daily Nectar, where I blog about design in Los Angeles.
In 2012 I won the first annual "Year In Pictures: Apartment Therapy & The Kitchn Photo Contest" on ApartmentTherapy.com.
